INNOVATIVE PARADIGM OF INDIVIDUAL TACTICAL TRAINING OF FEMALE HANDBALL PLAYERS
Abstract
The article presents a scientific justification and experimental verification of the effectiveness of an innovative program aimed at improving individual tactical actions of female handball players. The relevance of the study is due to the necessity of rethinking traditional approaches to the development of tactical mastery under increasing demands for game adaptability, spatial variability, and cognitive flexibility of athletes. The purpose of the study is to substantiate and experimentally test the effectiveness of a methodology for improving individual tactical actions of female handball players, taking into account their playing roles and psychophysiological characteristics. The object of the study is the training process of female handball players in the sports training system. The subject of the study is the content, structure, and means of improving individual tactical actions of female handball players. Research methods include analysis and synthesis of scientific and methodological literature; pedagogical observation; pedagogical experiment; and methods of mathematical statistics. The research results provide grounds to claim that, under the influence of the author's program, compensatory mechanisms are observed in the competitive activity of female handball players. The study analyzes a set of methodological tools, including training with a conditional opponent, simulation of competitive situations, localization of throwing activity, and optimization of decisionmaking in attack. Based on the quantitative analysis of competitive activity, the dominance of individual actions in the structure of attacks was revealed, although with a lower level of efficiency compared to group interactions. Higher indicators of individual tactical actions in attack caused a decrease in group tactical indicators. The author's program was constructed with consideration of the structure of different types of individual actions in female handball. The feasibility of limited specialization in penalty execution is substantiated, taking into account neuropsychological stability and the variable involvement of players using a competitive training format. The results confirm the adaptability of the program to high-intensity gameplay conditions and its practical relevance in the training of female handball players across various roles.
