Psychological factors of the level of job satisfaction of the insurance companies’ staff
Abstract
The article is devoted to the theoretical analysis of the problem of job satisfaction of the staff. We also analyzed the socio-psychologycal factors, that have an impact on the level of satisfaction with the work of the staff of prestigious insurance companies. Job satisfaction is an appraisal of a person or group of people in relation to one's own work, its various aspects, the balance of requirements of the employee to the content, nature and working conditions, and a subjective assessment of the possibilities of implementing these requirements in the given labor organization. The following factors of job satisfaction were identified: organizational; social and psychological. The article presents studies that indicate that, over time, satisfaction with work begins to affect more generally the overall satisfaction of life. The main role of creating a level of satisfaction with the work of employees of insurance companies was given to psychological factors, such as the conditions of work and prestige of the insurance company. It was also grounded, that the creation of favorable psychological conditions for the work of prestigious insurance companies, namely: the formation of working relationships with colleagues and management, the construction of work on the principles of design work in terms of the level of job satisfaction of its performers, support for a certain level of socio‐ psychological climate of the insurance company – depend on manual-‐oriented personnel.
