Psychological analysis of methods of nonmaterial stimulation of the staff

Abstract

The article presented theoretical overview of classifications of nonmaterial stimulation methods of the staff. It has been presented the psychological essence, significance of nonmaterial methods stimulation of the staff. Groups of nonmaterial methods stimulation of staff have been analyzed. Theoretical and empirical experience of using of methods of nonmaterial stimulation in domestic and foreign researchers have been presented. Relevance of using of methods of nonmaterial stimulation in domestic organizations has been presented. The empirical results of the study of methods of nonmaterial stimulation of staff have been analyzed. Methods of nonmaterial stimulation of staff in industrial enterprise were analyzed. It has been detected the significance of methods of nonmaterial stimulation of personnel, which would complied high and low level. It has been detected the most  significance methods of electrical workers for industrial enterprise. It was also showed some new methods of nonmaterial stimulation of personnel in organizations. The article also revealed the most important methods of intangible incentives that can meet the actual needs of workers of industrial organization, as the least important needs.
